Happy Days actor Scott Baio is the latest celebrity to reveal he is quitting California and moving states.
The star is set to sell his $3.85million mansion and has blamed the homeless crisis and rising crime levels for his decision.
The actor moved into the luxury pad in Woodland Hills in 2010 but has now put it on the market, admitting he doesn't feel secure in the Golden State these days.
Announcing his decision on social media, the 62-year-old wrote: "After 45 years, I'm making my way to finally 'exit stage right' from California."
Adding to his message, he claimed the rising homelessness statistics "brings down property value".
"Also no consequences for crime that is rampant, making things higher in price and it’s just not a safe place anymore," he continued.
He signed off with the hashtag #ImFree after joking that the people of California won't miss his right-wing views.
Previously, Scott had been a guest at the White House under Donald Trump's presidency.
Scott is one of a number of celebrities to be leaving California in recent years. Last month Mark Wahlberg admitted his family was "thriving" after they turned their back on Hollywood.
The Spenser Confidential star, 51, recently uprooted his family from the famous hotspot and moved a few hours away to Las Vegas.
He first revealed his clan - he has four children with his wife Rhea Durham - were leaving Hollywood for Sin City in October last year as they moved on from this luxurious $90 million pad in search of a better life.
And he has now insisted the switch has been ideal for his kids.
The Father Stu actor told E! News : "They love Vegas. I spent lots of time in Los Angeles pursuing my interests and my career, and now it’s time for them to pursue theirs."
He went on to reveal: "Everybody is thriving there. It’s been great."
Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne also revealed they were to leave LA after 25 years, citing LA taxes being too high as their main reason to quit.
Rob Schneider and Chris Hemsworth are among the others to look for a new place to call home in recent months.
