A local resident in Edinburgh is selling the cosy shepherd's hut that he has built himself over the last year for £12,000 on Facebook.
The unassuming wooden structure with black painted wood doesn’t look like much from the outside but inside boasts a double bed, stove, fireplace and living area.

The 4.3x2.3m hut hit Facebook marketplace after the owner finished the project and suggested it would be ideal for someone with space in their garden to rent on Airbnb.
Three light wooded steps lead into the tiny home which has a couple of small windows and electric lights with plugs inside supported by a generator.
Towards the end of the property, there is a small double bed which is described as "box-sized" and a charming "hobbit" stove which can contain a roaring fire to warm the hut on colder nights.
