Hamza Igamane Rangers to Everton transfer 'not happening'

Rangers star Hamza Igamane WON'T be joining Everton this month, it has been reported.

The Morrocan striker has been an inspired signing for Philippe Clement

After a slow start to life at Ibrox, the 22-year-old has scored an impressive 13 goals in 27 appearances, with three assists to his name too.

This has led to speculation that another move, just six months after moving from FC Rabat in his homeland to Glasgow, could be on the cards.

Both Everton and Tottenham have been credited with an interest in the striker.

However, it seems that a move to The Toffees won't be happening - at least not this month.

David Anderson, the Daily Mirror's northern football writer, has posted an update on the situation.

He wrote on X: "Not happening this window is Everton signing Rangers Hamza Igamane."

Igamane is expected to start up top for Rangers as they face Union Saint-Gilloise in the Europa League tonight.
