Rangers forward Hamza Igamane says he is still far from reaching his potential and that he needs to continually work to improve.
The Moroccan has scored 13 goals and assisted a further three for the Ibrox side this season, emerging as a viable option at the top end of the park for Philippe Clement.
Igamane has netted important strikes both domestically and in Europe, although reckons he isn't anywhere near his best: "I am still far from my potential," he said (Onze).
"I need to work a lot, nothing replaces continuity in work. This is the only way I will be able to erase my faults.
"My margin for improvement is important, it's the thing that motivates me the most: work, work, work, and see how far it will take me. I want to maintain my progress, show continuity in my work and take additional steps because I am not yet where I want to be."

Still just 22 years of age, Igamane came to Rangers from Morocco as somewhat of an unknown.
It took him a while to get consistent minutes at Ibrox, although when he eventually did, his capabilities were clear to see.
Predominantly a striker, Igamane says he is also comfortable operating anywhere across the frontline: "I am a centre forward by trade, that is clear," he said.
"Afterwards, I remain a player capable of adapting to various systems of play and various positions if asked. For example, I can easily occupy the left or right flank.
"However, I am attracted to the axis, of course, because my objective is to make the net tremble. I think that is normal, a striker lives to score."
Igamane starts for Rangers at Tynecastle this afternoon as Clement's side looks to get back on track against Hearts.
