Kohane recalls a heartbreaking moment when a girl near him fell to the ground, hit by a bullet that ended her life. Helpless, he was forced to continue running until finding a hiding place.
Kohane also shared the devastating news that his girlfriend, Maya, who attended the festival with him, did not survive. They had been dating for two months, and Kohane had joined her at the festival in hopes of spending time together. Tragically, as Maya and her friend Karina attempted to escape, they fell victim to an ambush, losing their lives to the merciless attacks.
