Trick-or-treaters could be in for a dry evening across Merseyside, as a mild day is predicted.
The weather forecast for Liverpool is warm and largely dry, with some sunny spells throughout Halloween. On October 31, temperatures will hit a maximum of 16C, according to the Met Office.
Despite some showers in the morning, rain will stop into mid day and clouds will clear to allow for sunshine to break through. It will stay dry into the evening, before turning increasingly wet overnight.

There will be a wet start on Tuesday, becoming drier in the afternoon. Sunny spells will also develop but there's also a chance of showers for a time.
The Met Office reports it will be very windy on Wednesday with gales possible later and heavy rain arriving. Brighter and less windy on Thursday and Friday with sunny spells and showers.
The BBC outlooks for the rest of the week, from Wednesday to Friday, reads: "Wednesday will see a dry and bright start but rain will spread in from the west through the day. Staying windy.
"Thursday will see spells of sunshine and a few showers, but the rain will not be as heavy as days before. Friday will be mostly dry with just the odd light shower in the morning. Plenty of sunshine to start but turning cloudy later in the afternoon."
