At first glance, there's nothing unusual about this two-bedroom house; but look up close and you'll see something dead spooky.
The couple selling the house conspired with their estate agent to plant a familiar face in publicity photos shown to potential buyers.
You might initially fail to spot it, but look at shots of the inside and you can't miss horror icon Michael Myers from the film Halloween.
In some pictures he's barely visible, watching from a distant window or peeking out from around the corner; in others he's front and centre, staring right at you. In one shot, only his arm is visible, reaching into a kitchen drawer and grabbing a knife.
Now the obscure listing is going viral, with people around the world logging on to look at a house in Weare, in the US state of New Hampshire. Realtor Tommy Bolduc said: "It was kind of a collaborative effort between me and the seller and his wife. We were discussing how it would be funny to do, what with Halloween approaching.
"We had the seller in costume as Michael Myers and we were just off-the-cuff deciding where we were going to place him. Some were like a game of Where's Waldo whereas others are more directly obvious like him posing on the bed for example.
"We had a hot day and my seller was in character as Michael and sweating in the mask, and in between shots he had to take the mask off to come up and gasp for air, but we had a blast."
It's an unconventional approach to selling a house, but there's method in the madness.

Mr Bolduc said: "It's my job to get as many views and as many eyes on a property as possible. So if there's anybody in that town looking for a home like that, they're certainly not gonna miss it and they've seen it. I've had people say 'don't you think people are gonna think it's haunted?' And my answer to that is, no, it's obviously comedic.
"We were all having a laugh and obviously Michael Myers does not come with the house. Anybody thinking of the house is haunted and visited by Michael Myers; they can rest assured he does not come with the house."
The house which is selling for $375,000 (£335,000) boasts two bedrooms and bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and dining room, as well as a laundry room and basement. It has views out over the forest and, according to the listing, sits on a quiet "dead end" street. There can only be one buyer, but it has given a lot of people a laugh.
"People think it's hilarious," said Mr Bolduc. It's been tremendously overwhelming and I've had people reaching out to me
just to congratulate me on the idea and how funny it is, and how it made their day.
"So it's been overwhelmingly positive."
