Andy Halliday says it's unfair that Celtic have Daizen Maeda in their ranks.
The Japanese attacker has been in fine fettle for Brendan Rodgers' side this season, scoring 27 goals and assisting eight across 41 appearances in all competitions.
While Maeda very much caught the eye in the opening half of the campaign, since he has been moved to play as a more central striker following Kyogo Furuhashi's departure, his form has taken a considerable upturn.

Halliday, who has played against Maeda several times for Motherwell, thinks that Celtic having a player of his ilk in their ranks is unjust: "It’s not fair," he said (Open Goal).
"He could play today at 3pm. He could play another game today. He could play with his pals. It’s not right. I just don’t get it. But his quality has definitely got better. Through the middle of the pitch, his quality has got better."
Even though we are only in March, Maeda has already surpassed his best goalscoring season in green and white by some margin.
He will look to once more make an impact on Sunday when Rangers travel to face Celtic at Parkhead.
The 27-year-old has already scored twice in three games against the Ibrox club this campaign, notwithstanding a penalty shootout winner in December.
There may well be a smell of revenge in the air in Glasgow's east end on Sunday, with Rangers defeating Celtic 3-0 the last time the sides met.
