She wrote on Instagram: “On Thursday morning, I was sitting at breakfast with my husband when I started having stroke like symptoms and was taken to the hospital.

“They found I had suffered a very small blood clot to my brain, which caused a small lack of oxygen, but my body had passed it on its own and I recovered completely within a few hours.

“Although this was definitely one of the scariest moments I’ve ever been through, I’m home now and doing well, and I’m so grateful and thankful to all the amazing doctors and nurses who took care of me!

“Thank you to everyone who has reached out with well wishes and concern, and for all the support and love.”

She gave the update to her 41.7million followers on Instagram after news she went to hospital hit headlines.

In recent weeks, her husband had come down with Covid and had to postpone his Vegas concert.

Doctors were said to have examined whether the model’s symptoms involved Covid and they run a series of tests, TMZ reported.

The Biebers love story goes back to when they first initially met in 2015 and sparks were flying.

They eventually got back together after a few break ups and within three months this time round they got engaged in 2018.

The couple got a marriage license in the same year before holding a star-studded ceremony in 2019.

Ed Sheeran and Kendall Jenner were among the stars on the guest list.
