In the special interview she talks about marriage to Justin Bieber, while also being interviewed by him.
The star looks as gorgeous as ever in a sheer brown dress with the sun shining off her.
The 26-year-old threw her hands up in the air while staring into the camera.
Hailey went for wet look hair and a subtle makeup look while finishing off her look with chunky bangles and earrings.
Other photos inside the issue include the star wearing a floral jumpsuit and another where she wears a black lacey bralette, leaving little to the imagination.
Hailey was interviewed in the issue, but with a slight difference.
Hailey was interviewed by her own husband Justin Bieber, while being asked about their marriage.
Justin asked his wife what her "favourite" thing was about their marriage after tying the knot back in 2018.
Hailey said that her favourite thing was the companionship they share.
She said: "My favourite thing about being married is honestly the companionship I feel we have. Genuinely, you are my best friend in the entire world. There's nobody I would rather spend more time with or do anything with."
Justin and Hailey first met each other when they were teenagers due to being in a similar circle of friends, but remained just friends for years before it turned romantic at all.
Each of them went on to be in other romantic relationships before they eventually found that they were more than just friends.
The Baby singer was in a long-term publicised relationship with fellow musician Selena Gomez.
He also got close to Sofia Richie, which Hailey was in a short relationship with singer Shawn Mendes.
Justin and Hailey eventually got together in the mid-2010s and had a on-again off-again relationship for several years.
In 2018 the pair got engaged and went on to tie the knot in a civil ceremony held in New York City later that same year.
The couple then has a much larger wedding in South Carolina the following year.
