Hailey Bieber pours her heart out on 'sad and dark moments' amid Selena Gomez fallout

Hailey Bieber has spoken candidly about her mental health problems as she reflected on "some of the saddest, hardest moments" of her life.

The model, 26, urged people to be kind to one another as she admitted she has felt "fragile" since the start of 2023.

Taking to her Instagram Stories on Thursday, Hailey told her 50million followers: "I like to make jokes about how I feel because sometimes it's easier than admitting I'm having a hard time.

"But truthfully since 2023 started I have had some of the saddest, hardest moments I've ever had in my adult life and my mind and emotions have been fragile to say the least…

"And I know so many other people feel the way I feel, so just know you're not alone."

She continued: "That being said, let's keep being there for one another. Let's be there for loved ones and friends and family and strangers.

"Let's just be there for people… let's keep showing up for each other even when it’s hard. We're better together."

Hailey's posts come after she was trolled on social media and sent death threats over her alleged feud with Selena Gomez.

The pair have regularly been accused of throwing shade at each other, with Selena even having to take a break from social media amid the drama.

However, she returned to Instagram last month to tell her fans Hailey had reached out to let her know that she was "receiving death threats".

Taking to her Instagram Stories, Selena said: "Hailey Bieber reached out to me and let me know that she has been receiving death threats and such hateful negativity.

"This isn't what I stand for. No one should have to experience hate or bullying."

Hailey later thanked Selena for speaking out as she admitted the "last few weeks have been very hard for everyone involved".

Hailey also recently marked the one-year anniversary of her mini-stroke.

She was admitted to hospital in March last year after experiencing "stroke-like symptoms" and later had surgery on a heart defect.
