Hailey Baldwin has sparked pregnancy rumours after posting a throwback snap on Instagram.
The 22-year-old shared an old photo of herself as a toddler in the arms of her mother Kennya Deodato.
Though the picture itself seems straightforward enough, the caption “hello little me” prompted some of Baldwin’s 16.6 million followers to speculate that the model might be expecting her first child with husband Justin Bieber.
“Someone’s pregnant,” one fan guessed, as others pre-emptively shared messages of congratulations.
“You were a gorgeous kid @haileybieber, can you imagine how gorgeous you and @justinbieber[‘s] kids are going to be,” one follower wrote. Another said that they were “eager to see baby Bieber in [Baldwin’s] arms.”
Others simply commented on the resemblance between Baldwin and her mother, with one follower writing: “[You] look exactly like the woman holding [you.]”
Baldwin has yet to comment on the rumours, but has recently spoken out about her desire to have children.
“I love kids and I can’t wait to have my own,” she told Vogue Arabia. “I would say now that’s a closer reality.” However, she also confirmed to the magazine that her and husband were not planning to start a family “any time soon.”
The model and pop star were reported to have tied the knot in secret in September, two months after getting engaged.
Baldwin appeared to confirm the happy news last month when she changed her Instagram handle to @HaileyBieber and her bio to read Hailey Rhode Bieber. Bieber has also seemingly confirmed the reports, regularly referring to Baldwin as his “wife” on social media.
The couple announced their engagement in July with an Instagram post. Bieber shared a black and white image of him and his fiancée kissing, and wrote: “Hailey I am soooo in love with everything about you!
“So committed to spending my life getting to know every single part of you loving you patiently and kindly.
“My heart is COMPLETELY and FULLY YOURS and I will ALWAYS put you first! You are the love of my life Hailey Baldwin and I wouldn’t want to spent it with anybody else.”
