Ianis Hagi has offered insight into how the Rangers squad have responded to their humiliating Scottish Cup exit.
Rangers fans have been desperately seeking answers after last weekend’s embarrassing fifth-round home defeat to Queen’s Park, but the club had remained silent until today’s press conference.
The Light Blues have already lost the League Cup final to Celtic and could find themselves 16 points behind their Glasgow rivals in the Scottish Premiership table by the time they kick-off against Hearts at Tynecastle on Sunday.
“[The mood] is obviously not nice,” he said. “It’s football, you go through these moments but don’t want to through these moments 100 per cent.
"I think in these moments it's good to take a step back and reflect individually first, and then collectively. I think these moments can bring you together and that's our focus as a team.

"There's still plenty of football to play. Obviously even in the league mathematically nothing is over. Personally, I think we still have a chance so I'm still going to go full in no matter what. Then we have Europe, which had success in until now in recent years and this season the team did really well in Europe. Those games are going to be really big for us.
"Then just in general, when you represent this football club, no matter the games, friendly games, or as people say you've got nothing to play for and whatever, yous still have to pull on the shirt and represent the club in the best way possible.
"So, that takes good character, and everybody whenever you sign a deal with Rangers, you owe that to the fans. There's really not any type of excuse not to go full out whenever the training comes or games comes."
