Gwyneth Paltrow has shared the secrets of her gruelling morning routine.
The actress and mum-of-two, 49, is known for her commitment to health and well-being - demonstrated by the way she starts each day.
The Goop founder took fans through a morning in her life ahead of a dinner party for her wellness and lifestyle brand in conjunction with jewellery brand Cartier.
Looking very perky in a nude leotard, the ex-wife of Coldplay's Chris Martin said she typically starts her day with a punishing workout with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson.
The star then revealed she enjoys some alone time in a private sauna while sipping celery juice and reading a book.
Feeling "detoxed, a little lightheaded and very red in the face" Gwyneth mused she follows up with a "nice outdoor shower", which is 'one of her favourite places in the home'.
Working up a lather in said shower, the actress points out the "major suds" before eulogising about Goop's conditioner.
Telling fans she uses a lot of the product, Gwyneth admits she has"dry chemically treated ex-movie star hair".
Fresh as a daisy, the actress then squeals with excitement as she's allowed to borrow some stunning gold jewellery from Cartier.
Next up she gets her hair done as she muses about looking for 'efficacy' in her products.
"Beauty products need to do what they say they're going to do and be worth the money and you know make a really noticeable change in your skin," the Sliding Doors star explained.
Gwyneth founded Goop, a wellness and lifestyle brand, in 2008.
It started out as a weekly email newsletter before becoming a website and e-commerce site.
Goop also has its own products, a magazine, podcast, wellness summits and a Netflix docuseries.
Gwyneth raised eyebrows when she launched the 'This Smells Like My Vagina' candle through the brand in 2020.
She described the fragrance as being "punk rock and feminist" and it quickly sold out.
Next up was the This Smells Like My Orgasm candle.
The description stated: "A fitting follow-up to that candle - you know the one - this blend is made with tart grapefruit, neroli, and ripe cassis berries blended with gunpowder tea and Turkish rose absolutes for a scent that's sexy, surprising, and wildly addictive."
The actress proudly showed off the offering on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, telling the host it "might be more for you, to give to your wife".
