Gulf Energy Development Plc received four awards from the World HRD Congress, an independent organisation recognising achievements in human resource management, at three separate events.
The events were the Global HR Excellence Awards, HR Tech Conference & Awards and Employee Engagement Leadership Awards.
The achievements reflect Gulf's strong organisational management and excellence in human resource (HR) management.
The four HR awards comprise the Award for Career Fairs, the Best Learning & Development Strategy award, Best Employee Engagement in B2B Sector and the Best Use of Technology in HR.
According to Gulf, the company strives to continuously develop its HR to always be prepared during this era of transformation, focusing on developing new skills and enhancing existing skills, as well as changing the way in which employees work through the acquisition of new knowledge and skills.
The company uses technology to enhance employees' knowledge and abilities so they are ready for future challenges and are able to keep up with the growth of the organisation.
Moreover, social responsibility is endorsed for all employees in order to develop the organisation and society in the long run, said Gulf.
