Gucci's former creative director Alessandro Michele is infamous for his maximalist tendencies. (A trait he keeps going over at Valentino.) While Sabato De Sarno has cut down on layers on the runway, he still loves to go over the top, especially when it comes to the fashion house's campaigns. Which is why the cast of Gucci's Gift campaign reads like an IMDb movie breakdown.
The campaign is broken into chapters to keep the story straight. It opens with Jessica Chastain showcasing the brand's Bamboo 1947 bag at The Savoy. Then we're whisked away to the mountains where Kendall Jenner demonstrates her love of logos and friends. The third entry sees both Tina and Solange Knowles along with Dree and Langley Fox Hemingway shining a light on Gucci home decor. The final chapter transports us to Florence for a festive gathering attended by everyone from Dakota Johnson to Julia Garner and her husband Mark Foster.
