A grieving woman has shared a heartwarming story of how an anonymous driver paid her toll after she lost her grandmother.
Claire from Co Cork told Newstalks Lunchtime Live her family were driving home on Christmas Eve in 2020 when they were left stunned.
She said: "We'd just lost my Nan, she'd died earlier that day.

"We were going up to Kildare to my husband's family for Christmas.
"We were just coming up to the Portlaoise toll, and we got to the toll and the lady told us 'It's already been paid for' - the car in front had paid for us".
Claire said it was a very small gesture that meant so much to them.
"It was such a good feeling; the lady in front of us didn't know what had happened or what kind of day we were having," she said.
"It actually really meant a lot.
"We were in the middle of another lockdown, we were going up to see family we hadn't seen for months as well," she added.
