A Greggs bakery on Edinburgh's Rose Street is closing down.
Owners are now looking for a new commercial business to take over the popular area in the city centre.

Located down the now pedestrianised shopping and eatery street it is in a prime location for customers to get their sausage roll fix.
Viewed on the letting agent site EYCO the description provides information for potential buyers to rebrand the space.
It said: “The property is a Category C listed end-terraced Georgian building arranged over basement, ground and three upper levels.
“The property is of traditional sandstone construction with a pitched and slate covered roof.
“Internally the subjects are laid out to provide a main retail area together with rear kitchen/staff facilities. The basement provides a WC and additional storage space.”
Rose Street was fortunate enough to have two Greggs stores on the same street just a few minutes walk from each other.
However, fans of the store can still grab popular baked goods at the larger store at 19 Rose Street which is remaining while the other closes down.
The cheap bakery brand is popular in the city with 20 stores across Edinburgh and 10 in the city centre alone.
A Greggs spokesperson told Edinburgh Live: “We’re always on the lookout for great new locations to open Greggs shops, including in Edinburgh City Centre.”
