The Cleveland Browns get some good news on the injury front as cornerback Greedy Williams is expected to return to practice. As he has served his four weeks on Injured Reserve, he has also been designated from return by the team as they prepare for the high flying Los Angeles Chargers’ passing attack.
The secondary has begun to hit their stride over the past two games, and getting Williams back will be an added bonus after a heartbreaking loss to the Atlanta Falcons. Should he return, expect him and rookie M.J. Emerson to compete for that first spot off the bench when the Browns come out in nickel and dime looks.
