This is what it's like in the city centre as Mancs bask and lounge in the glorious sunshine as some 'fine' weather is forecast this weekend. There were beautiful scenes in the centre earlier today as Mancunians enjoyed the warm spell.
People were spotted in t-shirts and shorts enjoying food and drink outside in a sun kissed city Piccadilly Gardens. Those out and about better make the most of it however, as the forecast for next week signals a more miserable outlook with grey skies and rain.

According to the Met Office today is set to be a 'fine day' across the region with temperatures rising as high as 19C with blue skies and a light breeze.
Apart from a few light showers this afternoon, the evening is set to stay dry with some low cloud forming over the hills towards dawn and temperatures peaking at 8C.
The weather will continue on Sunday too with clouds clearing to bring in the sun which should see temperature rise as high as 20C, with a light breeze throughout the day. Those who suffer from hayfever have been warned that pollen level will be high on Sunday.
Sadly the good weather isn't set to last as rain is forecast on Monday, followed by sunny spells and blustery showers on Tuesday and Wednesday. Earlier this month, the Met Office predicted that the country could be set for a mini heatwave this month with rising temperatures starting today (May 7).
Marco Petagna, who is a meteorologist, has said that the weather could get 'very warm' as the month progresses. The temperatures could be set to reach around 22C or 23C in the south of England.
He said: “Temperatures are several degrees above where they should be at this time of year." He also added that there is a small chance that the country could hit the twenties and then it would be classed as a 'brief' heatwave.
A good April saw above average temperatures and little to no rainfall, the hottest temperature of the year so far was set on Good Friday (April 15), where the Met Office recorded a high of 23.4C in St James’s Park, London.
