
New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Thursday said all anti-pollution measures under the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP-IV) except relating to schools will remain in force till December 2.
Measures Under GRAP--IV except the measures which are modified in respect of the schools will continue to operate till Monday, the Apex Court said.

A bench of Justices Abhay S Oka and Augustine George Masih said the report submitted by the court commissioners showed that there had been a "total failure" by the authorities to implement the GRAP IV restrictions in letter and spirit.
The bench added that the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) will hold a meeting to decide on easing the GRAP restrictions.
