Nicky Henderson's Mister Coffey is the 10-1 favourite with William Hill after he was among the 62 entries revealed for the Randox Topham Chase at Aintree Racecourse.
A bumper entry was revealed for the two other races run over the famous Aintree obstacles at this year's Randox Grand National Festival with 38 also currently engaged for the Randox Foxhunters' Chase.
Seven Barrows trainer Henderson has never won the world's greatest steeplechase itself but has four victories in the Topham Chase, run over 2m5f of the Grand National course on Ladies Day (Friday, April 8).
Liberthine in 2006, Triolo D'Alene (2013), Ma Filleule (2014) and Rajdhani Express (2015) are Henderson's four previous winners and he shares the record for most successes with Peter Bowen (Dunbrody Millar 2006 and Always Waining 2010-2012).
Mister Coffey heads six entries for Henderson this time and although he is yet to win in four starts over fences, the seven-year-old was a good second to Chambard in the Kim Muir Chase at last week's Cheltenham Festival.

Welsh trainer Bowen has entered Mac Tottie – a winner over the Grand National fences in the Grand Sefton Chase in November, who is a 20-1 chance. The nine-year-old is also entered in the Aintree marathon, but currently at 56th on the list looks unlikely to make the 40-strong line-up.
Willie Mullins has won the last two runnings of the Topham with Cadmuim (2019) and Livelovelaugh (2021). The County Carlow handler – fresh from a record 10 winners over the four days at Cheltenham – has Annamix, Blackbow and Royal Rendezvous entered this time.
Royal Rendezvous – who won the Grade Two Champion Chase at Gowran Park in October – is a 12-1 chance with Blackbow, who was a wide-margin winner at Clonmel last time, is 14-1 with William Hill.

Heading the 38 entries for the Foxhunters' Chase – also run over 2m5f of the Grand National course – for amateur riders is last year's shock 66-1 winner Cousin Pascal.
The Joe O'Shea-trained 10-year-old also won at Haydock Park last month, but was pulled up in the St James's Place Festival Challenge Cup Open Hunters' Chase at last week's Cheltenham Festival.
David Christie's Winged Leader was beaten late on by the Willie Mullins-trained Billaway in the same race at Prestbury Park. The eight-year-old is among the entries and could bid for compensation at Aintree.
Other entries for the Foxhunters' at Aintree, to be run on the opening day of the meeting on April 7, are the Paul Nicholls-trained duo Bob And Co and Cat Tiger.
The latter was third behind Cousin Pascal last April and was also fifth over the course in the Grand Sefton Chase in November.
