Chelsea's decision to keep Graham Potter in charge has been slammed by Jamie O'Hara, who joins a long list of pundits questioning the club. After the 1-0 defeat to Southampton, Stamford Bridge turned on its latest head coach and the fire beneath Potter was lit.
With a terrible record since October and even the better performances only bringing a run of draws, the last week has proved a step too far for many. The Blues were booed throughout their defeat to Saints with Potter's head being called for.
This has only been reflected throughout the footballing world, with Potter now the favourite to lose his job next in the league. Initial noises from the club indicate that he isn't going anywhere just yet, though.

It's former Tottenham man O'Hara that is the latest to rip into Chelsea, ranting on talkSPORT. "It's like it's just okay that he's been bang average and Chelsea are 10th," he said. "Chelsea are 10th! It's unheard of. If it was Ole Gunnar Solskjaer or anyone else that was at a big club in a big job then it would be 'see you later, get out.'
"Tottenham sacked Nuno Espirito Santo and he got manager of the month. Come on. I know he's English and I want him to do well but this is Chelsea Football Club, they're used to winning everything week in, week out. They're 10th in the table and got beat at home by Southampton and he's come out saying they're a well prepared team."
Potter has seen his side win just one game in their last 10, falling out of both domestic cup competitions and also losing their first leg Champions League last-16 match to Borussia Dortmund. "I'd give him an ultimatum: 'You've got three games, sort this out'," O'Hara added.
"You need to be more into it on the sidelines. I know that might not be Graham Potter but his interviews are too 'yeah, we're okay, we're doing this and that.' He needs more fire in his belly, whether he's got that or not, I don't know.
"I don't know if Graham Potter is scared of these players, I don't know if they're scared. If they lose it's 'oh he's not going to say nothing anyway, he's not going to lose his rag.'
"You need a manager that players are going to be intimidated by and that they're going to work hard for and that comes out in interviews with passion and he's got something. That's the first thing I'd say. If he doesn't do that and results don't change then I'd get rid of him now before it's too late, it's not worked out.
"You've seen QPR sacking managers, you see Southampton sacking managers, why can't Chelsea sack a manager? Because it's Potter and you've bought him in? You've got to sack him if it ain't working.
"The players are not playing for him, get rid of him. That's just the Premier League, he'll go and get another top job, he's a great manager. It isn't working at Chelsea, you need to get someone else in. Go and get Poch [Mauricio [Pochettino], go and get [Thomas] Tuchel back."
With Tottenham next up at the weekend it is a chance to get some fans back on side at Stamford Bridge but in reverse it really could be the final straw if the Blues suffering a damaging result at the hands of their rivals.
