Tottenham have had a stellar summer transfer window so far and are looking strong ahead of an important 2022/23 campaign.
The arrivals of Richarlison, Yves Bissouma, Ivan Perisic, Clement Lenglet and Fraser Forster have strengthened key areas and added quality in depth to Antonio Conte's squad. football.london understands more signings are expected to arrive at N17 before the transfer deadline later this summer.
The Lilywhites are being put through their paces ahead of a packed schedule next term, with the likes of Harry Kane, Son Heung-min and Yves Bissouma all struggling with the fitness regime on their pre-season tour of South Korea. After pipping north London rivals Arsenal to Champions League football last season, Sky Sports pundits Graeme Souness and Micah Richards agree in their predictions on how Spurs will get on next season in Conte's first full season.

Speaking to SkyBet, both Souness and Richards agreed that Tottenham look a different side since Conte's arrived mid-season last year. Souness said: "I think Spurs have a determination and doggedness about them which I haven’t seen in them since the early days of Pochettino."
Richards added that he thinks Liverpool and Manchester City are both too good for the rest of the league and can see the top two staying the same next season. The former City defender did admit he can see Spurs lifting a trophy under Conte as the target a top four finish for a second successive campaign.
"I agree with Roy, Liverpool and Man City are too good. Spurs? They might get top four again but I don’t think they’re on the same level.
"He [Antonio Conte] is a serial winner but I think he will win something, Conte, I really do. What he’s done since he come in is really incredible," Richards continued.
Spurs reached the semi-finals of the Carabao Cup last season but were well-beaten by Chelsea over the two legs. Conte's side will have Champions League football to contend with next term, and with the added contingency of a winter World Cup midway through the 2022/23 campaign, Spurs will have one of the busiest fixture lists and need to rely on squad depth to see them compete on all fronts.
