Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay has popped into Rangers' training centre at Auchenhowie for a reunion with his former club.
The Hell's Kitchen star was once an aspiring footballer before he rose to fame on TV and with his cooking. He had a trial period at the Ibrox club as a teenager but never made the grade at a club that is close to his heart, eventually forming a lucrative career path elsewhere. It is understood that Ramsay is back in Scotland filming a new TV series titled Future Food Stars.
A first sighting of him at Rangers' training base was posted by club legend Richard Gough. The 55-year-old posed up for a photo with the Light Blues legend five years his senior, the former defender saying of his encounter with chef Ramsay via social media: "Up at Rangers FC training ground today and bumped into this legend. Good Fella."

Now the club themselves have confirmed his presence and have even got him kitted out in a home shirt alongside captain James Tavernier.
They posted to Twitter 'the captain & the chef' as Ramsay made his way around various members of staff at the Premiership club.
Manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst will hope to find the right mix of ingredients this season to help Rangers launch a title bid and reach the Champions League group stages.
