Multi-Michelin starred chef Gordon Ramsay has enchanted the tastebuds of foodies across the world since opening his first restaurant in the late 1990s. But it appears some of his dishes may need some help on the aesthetic front, as some of Gordon's followers have been left less than impressed by the appearance of one in particular.
This week, Gordon took to Twitter to show off some lamb cutlets that are available at one of his restaurants, Lucky Cat. The 55-year-old chef wrote: "Herdwick lamb cutlets at Lucky Cat.... delicious!! @GordonRamsayGRR".
Gordon included a gif of the sizzling cutlets, which appear to be quite dark in colour. Although Gordon seemed proud of the dish, fans of the chef and fervent foodies were quick to voice their opinion.

Chris Benoit said: "Gordon needs cooking classes again"
Meanwhile, Rosco fumed: "Well done chef(!) you’ve just cremated my most favourite meat of them all!"
Catherine London said: "I’m sorry Gordon, today is the only day I don’t feel hungry looking at your food. #nofanoflamb"
However, some Twitter users did compliment Gordon on the dish. Shaheen Sudra said: "Looks good to me, I could go for it now."
Maribel enthused: "IMPECCABLE presentation!!!! Gourmet!!! And wow I love it!!!!!"
Gordon's Lucky Cat restaurant serves diners up with Asian-inspired cuisine in Mayfair, London. With a dress code that forbids vests, flip flops, caps, and sportswear, the restaurant is considered relatively high end, and offers a chef's table experience for £155 per person.
Aside from the controversial cutlets, which are served with chilli sauce and tofu cream, Lucky Cat offers a range of dishes designed by Gordon and his executive head chef. They include Robata grilled dishes, bao, tempura, sushi, and sashimi.
Lucky Cat opened in June 2019, and is inspired by '30s Tokyo drinking dens. The swish restaurant has a four star rating on TripAdvisor, based on just over 400 reviews.
