Gordon Ramsay was in Liverpool today to visit his new Bread Street Kitchen & Bar.
The chef’s latest venue opened in February in Liverpool ONE in the site where Jamie Oliver’s restaurant, Jamie’s Italian, was formerly based.
Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar is a “modern, all-day restaurant” offering breakfast, a la carte meals and a kids' menu.

Speaking to the ECHO, Gordon said: "Today is all about meeting the team again and tasting all of the food. We've spent £2.5 million pounds, so we've invested heavily in this Liverpool restaurant, and we have 175 staff involved.
"In the London Bread Street Kitchen & Bar, we don't have the pleasure of a terrace like we do here, so we've got some really exciting things planned, especially at the end of April/beginning of May.
"The inspiration for our menu was to keep our food regional, such as looking at the beef in Wales and the shellfish on the West Coast of Scotland.
"The sticky toffee pudding on the dessert menu is my mum's recipe, but if I was eating here, I'd start with the chicken wings, have the burger for main, then finish off with the cheesecake!"
The Liverpool Bread Street Kitchen & Bar joins a host of other branches across the UK, including one in Edinburgh and a handful in London.
Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar is at 45 Paradise St, Liverpool, L1 3EU. You can book a table here.
