Gordon Ramsay and his Strictly Come Dancing star daughter Tilly have signed up for Celebrity Gogglebox.
The famously fiery Hells Kitchen chef will appear alongside his influencer daughter as they don matching onesies and sheepskin slippers for the Channel 4 Stand Up To Cancer special. Tilly, 20, appeared on last year's series of the BBC ballroom dancing show alongside professional partner Nikita Kuzmin before being eliminated in Week 9.
The duo told The Sun: “We’re always happy to support the superb work that Stand Up To Cancer do, and despite our TV tastes being polar opposites, we had a lot of fun filming this very special episode of Gogglebox. Every penny raised goes towards finding cures for cancer so I hope we can help raise bucketloads of money.”
One celebrity definitely not involved this time around is Coronation Street star Maureen Lipman, who slammed the Gogglebox bosses for their filming strategy earlier this year.
"I went in imagining that they wanted me for my wit and my brain. Of course, they just want to show you willies and for you to be shocked," she claimed. "Honestly, [her and Gyles Brandreth] were really funny together, but none of that was used. And if they don't want to use what we gave them, f**k them.
"It's your reaction to 12 dangling willies they want. They're searching for ways to make me go, 'Urgh!' So I thought, 'Well, actually, no, life is too short to watch a series of hopeless men dangle their bits and pieces in my direction. So I'm going.'"
Gordon and Tilly will be taking to the sofa on Friday, October 28 at 9pm on Channel 4.
