Good Morning Britain viewers urge Susanna Reid to change her 'blinding' outfit

Good Morning Britain viewers were not overly impressed with Susanna Reid's choice of attire on Thursday.

The mother-of-three looked radiant as she hosted the ITV breakfast programme alongside Ben Shephard, wearing a multi-coloured top.

The striped blouse featured long sleeves and frills along the buttons, but despite the garment being bright and colourful, some viewers weren't so keen on it.

Taking to Twitter, one person posted: "OMG - who dressed Susanna Reid on GMB this morning - Bertie Basset?"

Another person posted: "Susanna looks like a sticker rock this morning #gmb," while a third tweeted: "SUSANNA PLEASE CHANGE YOUR SHIRT... YOUR BLINDING ME (sic)."

A fourth viewer joked: "Susanna? Cleethorpes want their deckchair back #gmb #megges."

Someone else moaned: "#GMB god susanna needs a stylist .. perhaps charlotte can lend her hers."

It comes after Susanna, 51, was forced to present Good Morning Britain alone on Wednesday.

The popular TV presenter is usually joined by a number of different presenters including the likes of Richard Madeley, Ben Shephard, Judge Robert Rinder, Ed Balls, Adil Ray amongst others, after Piers Morgan spectacularly quit the show in 2021.

However, she appeared on the programme alone, running the usual segments including a discussion on the latest news topics such as the 20 fines issued for partygate, Prince Andrew taking a lead role alongside the Queen at the Duke of Edinburgh's memorial and she also chatted with a doctor who had sadly lost a relative the same day as one of the lockdown parties.

Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV and ITV Hub.
