Good Morning Britain viewers were not happy with presenters Kate Garraway and Ed Balls over their interview with protestor Peter Tatchell, who was one of many people protesting at King Charles's Coronation this weekend.
Many took to social media to question why Kate and her co-star Ed Balls quizzed their guest on the ITV show on why he was protesting.
Peter Tatchell was one of many protesting at King Charles's Coronation this weekend. Dozens were arrested by police in London ahead of the King's coronation service at Westminster Abbey, the Express reports.
Some viewers branded the ITV presenter "biased" as she and her co-star Ed Balls quizzed their guest on why he was protesting.
It comes after non-profit campaign group Human Rights Watch said the coronation arrests were “something you would expect to see in Moscow not London”.

Its UK director Yasmine Ahmed said in a statement: “The reports of people being arrested for peacefully protesting the coronation are incredibly alarming. This is something you would expect to see in Moscow not London.
“Peaceful protests allow individuals to hold those in power to account, something the UK government seems increasingly averse to.”
Human rights campaigner Mr Tatchell , who was with the anti-monarchy protesters, said on Twitter: “ Police arrest peaceful anti-monarchy protesters & have erected giant barriers to obscure pro-republic banners. Right to freely protest suppressed. Shame!”
He then aired his disappointment n Good Morning Britain, telling the hosts he was "angry at police behaviour".
He said: "In the weeks prior, Republic had negotiated with the police and secured an agreement that a protest could take place.
"But on the day, before the protest had even began, the six key organisers of the Republic were all arrested on fake charges by the police, and several hundred people who were trying to go to the square were blocked."
As Peter tried to continue, Kate interrupted: "What were the charges and why were they fake?"
In a later segment, Kate went on to defend the police, telling the panel: "Can I just say because the Met Police aren't here, they're sort of damned if they do and damned in they don't, aren't they? "If they hadn't taken...I appreciate you saying you were never going to use the megaphones, if they had not taken the megaphones and something had gone wrong or if they hadn't been pre-empted, we would have said how hopeless the Met Police were for that."
Many viewers took to social media after the interview. @tina5661 tweeted: "Had to turn off, you can always rely on GMB to bring you down. Can't listen to Kevin anymore."
@world_wanderer4 shared: "Kate and Ed terribly biased today …shocking." (sic)
While @FlopsyPickle complained: "Wow Kate and Ed are being really impartial this morning, aren’t they? Purposely being argumentative and playing dumb. #gmb #goodmorningbritain." (sic)
