A question asked by Adil Ray on Good Morning Britain saw the show turn into "chaos" on Friday morning.
He and co-host Kate Garraway were joined in the studio by Dr Amir Khan, who was on hand to answer a number of queries and discuss the latest health news. With high pollen counts this week, the chat soon turned to the topic of hay fever.
Adil first asked if the best thing hay fever sufferers can do is to take over-the-counter medications. Dr Khan said this was true, but advised people to avoid ones which could make them drowsy.

Cheekily, Adil said: "There's lots of myths about what can... I'm reading here, apparently having sex can help with hay fever. Dr Amir, give us some good news."
As laughter rang through the studio, Adil went on: "There'll be people up and down the country going 'I've got hay fever, love!'" Dr Khan replied: "I think you want a prescription!"
Adil jumped up and went up to Dr Khan and urged him to "just write it down... lots". Dr Khan clarified it may take people's mind off their hay fever but is not a remedy.
He then suggested people could apply Vaseline to their nostrils, so the pollen would stick to it rather than enter their nose. Hearing this, a GMB guest shouted "sexy", and there was more giggling across the studio.
Many viewers were shocked by the display. Taking to Twitter, Gemma said: "Is everyone on #GMB okay? Think the heat has got to them already".
Sue Crowther said: "Omg calm down", while Steve B said: "It's getting a bit schoolboy now". DOPreston said: "Utter chaos on #GMB with adults giggling like children".
