Good Morning's Britain's Richard Arnold made a "difficult" claim as he heaped praise on Liverpool.
The showbiz reporter travelled to the city last week to cover all things Eurovision for the ITV news programme. The city proved to be the perfect host for one of the world's greatest party events as a carnival atmosphere swept across the region in a week that will live long in the memory.
Richard has travelled back to London and he gushed at how much Liverpool embraced Eurovision fever. He told Susanna Reid and Ed Balls: "Douze points to Liverpool.

"What a host city. Congratulations all around. Honestly, the warmest of welcomes. It's difficult to overstate that. It was absolutely phenomenal.
"I know all the fans felt that as well. Some 100,000 extra bums on seats flooded into the city as well so terrffic boost for the 'pool."
ECHO reporters were stationed across the city on Saturday for the grand final of the contest. We heard first hand just how much visiting fans appreciated how they were welcomed by the people of Liverpool.
A fan named Tom had travelled from London and donned a sparkling outfit in tribute to Ukraine for the festival. He said he was blown away by Liverpool and branded it the "perfect Eurovision city".
He said: "Liverpudlians know how to party. They know how to bring it. They know how to welcome you with open arms"
A fan from the Faroe Islands agreed as he said: "I have been to a few Eurovisions and douze points to Liverpool." Helen from North Wales was partying in Concert Square and also praised the Scouse welcome.
She said: "We absolutely love Liverpool and we love Eurovision." Michael spoke to the ECHO outside Eurovision Village and said he was "proud of Liverpool". He added: "It's definitely a city I want to come back to."
