Good Morning Britain's Ranvir Singh demands co-host 'stop' after Royal family admission

Good Morning Britain's Ranvir Singh scolded her co-star she made a Royal family admission on today's show.

The broadcaster fronted Friday's edition of the ITV news programme alongside Ed Balls. The two covered the main stories of the day as they continued to explore the fallout of the Prince Harry and Meghan Markle documentary.

It was a Royal themed episode as Ranvir revealed she attended the Christmas carol concert last night at Westminster Abbey. The event will be broadcast on ITV on Christmas Eve and was arranged by Kate Middleton.

Ranvir provided an insight of what went on as she heaped praise on the event. She said: "I tell you what was absolutely lovely yesterday though. I don't want to give too much away.

"There was a nod to the Queen. There was a nod to Ukrainian children refugees and there's a choir of Ukrainian refugee children who sung together as a way to bring them some peace and joy in their life."

However, Ed stepped in to probe Ranvir on her Royal connection. He asked: "You were invited weren't you? Who did you get invited by?"

Ranvir was in hysterics as she told her co-host: "Ed, stop setting me up for this. I was invited by the Princess of Wales."
