Kate Garraway has hit out at Prince Harry for what she branded a 'petty' complaint about his childhood in his book Spare, while telling her Good Morning Britain colleagues that she thought Prince Harry looked like a person in 'extraordinary pain' during his highly publicised ITV interview.
On Sunday night, millions of viewers are set to tune into to see King Charles' youngest son be interviewed by acclaimed journalist Tom Bradby, with the candid sit down chats coming just days before the release of his already headline-hitting autobiography Spare. While the interview is still days away from broadcast, a series of clips have now emerged, as well as excerpts from the book; the most explosive revelation being Harry's claim that he had a physical altercation with brother and heir to the throne, Prince William, in 2019.
On Friday morning, a fresh clip of the Bradby interview was published, in which Prince Harry discusses the alleged incident, which he says involved William grabbing him by the collar and shoving him backwards, causing him to land on a china dog bowl which smashed into his back.

After Denise Welch and Jane Moore clashed on Loose Women on Prince Harry a day earlier, large portions of Friday's Good Morning Britain were taken up by discussions about Prince Harry and the claims that have come to light from his ITV interview and tell all book and, reacting to what she say, host Kate said: "'He just looks to me like somebody in extraordinary pain."
Responding to her remark, ITV's royal editor, Chris Ship, said: "Yes, family relationships have gone wrong for sure, in Spain the book isn't called Spare, it's called En La Sombra..In The Shadows; presumably their heir and spare thing doesn't quite translate.
"It's the same sort of thing isn't it? In the shadows, the one to the side. And even talking in the book about William having the bigger bedroom in Balmoral, with the double bed and the wardrobe with the mirrors and 'I had the shady corner'," to which Kate replied: £it sounds so petty!
As Chris tried to continue, Kate fumed "People are worried about paying their bills, the idea that he was worried about the size of the wardrobe doesn't sound like the Harry that did all these wonderful things."
