Viktor Hovland, what a guy.
Dude goes and wins the 2023 Memorial, in a playoff, which must have been exhausting.
But then he wakes up THE NEXT MORNING and ends up caddying for his former Oklahoma State teammate, Zach Bauchou, as his former roommate tries to qualify for the 2023 U.S. Open. I hope he had some coffee beforehand!
I have so many questions: Who does that? And isn’t he tired? Doesn’t he have to prep for the next bunch of tournaments, which includes the next major? The answer here is: He’s the best.
Golf fans absolutely loved this and justifiably so:
No rest for the champion.

Love that Viktor Hovland is celebrating his win at Jack's place by caddying for his college buddy at the US Open qualifier in Columbus, Ohio. Not bad having the number 5 player in the world on your bag. @JayDelsing @martinkilcoyne2 pic.twitter.com/sVjizAHiJ1

Maybe the feat of the week: Newly-minted Memorial champion Viktor Hovland is spending the day after his big win (which you just know was followed by a long night of celebrating) caddying for his buddy Zach Bauchou in the Columbus final qualifier for the US Open. It's so cool that Viktor Hovland is caddying for his friend today after winning The Memorial Tournament yesterday.
