Googlebox fans were left in stitches after Lee Riley played a April Fool's Day joke on his friend Jenny Newby during Friday's show.
TV star Lee pretended to receive a call from the DVLA, and told an unsuspecting Jenny to pick up a pen and paper and write down his license plate number as he read it out.
"What have you got Jenny there?" he asked after she had written it down.
"Err, N E…NE1...4...A...BJ," Jenny replied without catching on.
It wasn't until after Jenny repeated the rather rude fake acronym to a giggling Lee that the penny finally dropped.
She exclaimed: "That isn't your registration!" to which Lee cheekily quipped: "But I think I'll have it".
Fans immediately took to Twitter to comment on the comical scenes.
One said: "Looool, ‘N, E, 1, 4, A, B, J..." Bless her, Jenny hasn't got a clue of what she just said!" with a laughing emoji.
While another tweeted: "Omg howling took me a while."
Gogglebox fans are often laughing at the hilarious duo who have been broadcasting from her caravan since 2014 after they were signed up for the show during a trip to Beverley Racecourse.
The best friends even moved in together during lockdown to entertain Channel 4 viewers.
But many viewers were shocked to learn the Hull static caravan which the pair appear from actually belongs to Lee - not Jenny.
One fan boggled: "I always assumed it was Jenny’s caravan !! Only taken me 15 series’s to realise it’s Lee's!!"
Another said: "Madness. I thought that was Jenny’s caravan after about 20 series of watching. Madness."
