Gogglebox viewers have been left unimpressed after the Channel 4 popular programme was moved to Saturday night.
The entertainment show, which usually airs on Friday at 9pm, was moved back as the channel aired Friday Night Live to mark Channel 4’s 40th anniversary.
To celebrate the huge milestone, Ben Elton hosted a revival of the iconic show that aired on Channel 4 in the 1980s with a one-off 90-minute special.

This left Gogglebox viewers unimpressed as this meant that the show would air on Saturday night instead of Friday.
HSBethell shared their thoughts on social media, they said: “#Gogglebox on a Saturday night really isn’t right! It’s confusing me too!”
Moonraker_Mart said: “Dear @Channel4 Please don’t ever put #gogglebox on a Saturday again. It’s too weird. Thanks.” emcheseldinex said: “Gogglebox being on a Saturday feels illegal.”
MaggieMoo1706 said: “It feels wrong to watch it on Saturday. Petition to. Move it back, anyone? #Gogglebox”
Luckily, the show will return as usual next Friday (October 28) with a Celebrity special for Stand Up to Cancer from 9pm on Channel 4 and All 4.
