Gogglebox star Amy Tapper showed off her amazing four stone weight loss after moving to Los Angeles.
The 22-year-old shot to fame in 2013, when she joined brother Josh and mum and dad, Nikki and Jonathan, to offer up her TV opinions for the Channel 4 show, but the family quit after five years.
Now, Amy has decided to swap the chilly UK for sunny LA, after she vowed to “grab life by the goals” in an empowering snap posted over New Year.
Since last year, she has shed four stone after overhauling her diet and doing more exercise - as well as taking up boxing - and she jetted off to the US earlier this month as part of her lifestyle transformation.
Amy shared an inspirational quote alongside a snap of her in America looking radiant, showing off her shrinking frame in a stylish outfit.
“Still reaching for gold…” she wrote.
In the picture, Amy is wearing a white top with flowery sleeves, teamed with ripped jeans and trainers, and she’s laughing as she reaches toward the camera.
And her friends and fans were quick to comment on how happy Amy seemed while over in America.
“LA suits you,” a friend commented, prompting Amy to reply: “Doesn’t it.”
“You look radiant hun x,” one wrote.
“You look amazing! So nice to see you so happy,” another commented.
“Erm wowwww,” a stunned fan stated.
In another snap posted while in LA, Amy posed outside a restaurant as she told her followers she was overjoyed to be back in the States.
“My Happy Place,” she wrote.
Amy has been shedding the pounds over the last 12 months, and shared updates on her fitness journey on social media.
She took to Instagram to post a before and after shot of her body after losing a staggering 33cm around her waist since starting a weight loss plan with MuscleFood Goal Getters.
“I couldn’t think of a better way to kick start my year than the help of @musclefooduk - physically I am ready to take on the rest of the year with more ease and mentally I just want to keep going and going and never felt so motivated!” she wrote.
“As you all know I did @mfgoalgettersuk a while back and getting back on it has been amazing and a great start to 2022!” she added.
“I’ve grabbed life by the goals with the MuscleFood Goal Getters plan and I’ve lost 33cm around my waist, gained a huge love for the gym and just feel so good in myself!” Amy continued.
