Gogglebox star Scarlett Moffat has vowed to embrace her 'boob gap' in a body confidence while on holiday with her family and boyfriend.

In a picture posted post on Instagram, Scarlett rocked a plunging swimsuit as fans praised her empowering words.

Sharing the post with her followers, she said: "Fanta Lemon, Cheetos & sunshine… PERFECT!! Also don’t forget normalising the old boob gap. #holiday."

Last month, Scarlett said she wants to promote a body positive message to stop other people battling years of torment and yo-yoing weight.

As she holidayed last August, Scarlett was reduced to tears after trying on a bikini for the first time in five years.

The presenter posted a picture of herself in a blue and white two-piece during a holiday in Antigua with her policeman boyfriend Scott Dobinson.
