The boyfriend of Gogglebox star Ellie Warner has been seen for the first time since a horrific car accident wearing a head brace.
Nat Eddleston was left fighting for his life in intensive care in March after he was hit by a car.
He suffered a broken neck and back, two collapsed lungs, and needed a life support machine following the horror smash.
At one stage it was feared Nat, who is in his 30s, could be left brain-damaged but fans of the Channel 4 show and Ellie will be delighted to see him back on his feet and out shopping.
Ellie's boyfriend, who had recently moved in with the hairdresser, wore a hoodie padded with soft material as a halo brace rested over his shoulders.
He hit the shops before walking with two bags of groceries.
Ellie, who appears on the Channel 4 show alongside her sister Izzi, recently broke her silence on Nat's accident in Leeds, where he had been drinking with pals in his local pub in Halton.
At the start of May she posted a message on Facebook and said: "For my birthday this year, I'm asking for donations to Headway - the brain injury association.
"I've chosen this charity because their mission means a lot to me, and I hope that you'll consider contributing as a way of celebrating with me."
Ellie, who has been on the show since 2015, was told to take as much time off as she needed, and said upon her return two weeks ago: "Looking forward to getting back on your screens tonight!
"Thank you for all the well wishes, we are really grateful that things are getting back to normal."
Nat has appeared on Gogglebox in the past where his girlfriend Ellie and her 29-year-old sister Izzi both star on the sofa.
During a recent episode, Ellie hinted Nat is her forever lover, as she discussed her plans to tie-the-knot with him.
She said: "I said to Nat this morning, when we get married what type of wedding do you want? And he went: 'A shotgun wedding!" Ellie recalled to sister Izzi.
She continued: "So I said 'ooo does that mean you want me to be pregnant before we get married?' and he said 'no'. I actually want to know what he thought a shotgun wedding was.
Ellie then went on to call Nat to ask him to elaborate, with Nat admitting he thought the term meant the groom was "forced to get married" - with the two sisters laughing at his revelation.
