A former Gogglebox star has quit the star-studded showbiz lifestyle and relocated to Wales.
Chris Ashby-Steed used to appear on Gogglebox in 2013 alongside his ex-partner Stephen Webb – but now he has traded the glam showbiz life for something a little more muted.
This follows allegations that his husband made about the show last September.
Chris has now officially quit his celeb status after moving to Wales with his hubby Tony.
After a stint on the show and fast becoming a popular fixture, he left the programme and was swiftly replaced in 2018 by Stephen's now-husband Daniel Lustig.
Gogglebox stars Chris and Stephen split and then he went on to meet his love Tony and the pair got hitched.
Leaving his TV career firmly in the past, Chris and Tony have now moved to rural Wales and are currently renovating their lavish pad.
The loved-up duo now reside in Adpar, part of Newcastle Emlyn – which is in Wales.
Back in January he shared a photo of the exterior of the couple's new abode, writing: "Introducing you to our new home, finally exchanged contracts on our beautiful Victorian home in south-west Wales, it was love at first sight."
Fans were quick to congratulate the couple with one writing: "The house looks amazing and so do the grounds, very happy for you both, wishing you many, many happy times together on what must be another chapter in your lives together."
More recently Chris uploaded a snap of the view from his workshop two days ago, and revealed that he "loves living in Wales".
Sharing the snap on Instagram he captioned it: "Spending a little bit of time in my workshop making things on this beautiful sunny day and this is my view, just love living here in Wales."
Last September Chris' husband alleged that Chris was "bullied" off the show.
He made allegations against the Channel 4 series and Chis' ex boyfriend Stephen Webb.
The remarks came after Gogglebox cast member Paige Deville revealed she'd quit the show after a row with her mum, explaining that show offered "zero after care."
Reacting to Paige's decision to leave, Chris ' other half Tony made a string of posts on Twitter, starting: "Our hearts go out to you @Paige_deville."

He then added: "The studio stood by and watched Stephen bully my husband Chris off the show and did nothing to stop him.
"The helped him get his mum on the show behind Chris’s back without even telling him…."
Continuing: "And then a couple of weeks before filming, Stephen through (sic) one of his usual diva strops and refused to film with Chris, and would only film with his mum. They did NOTHING!
"Chris was devastated….. then they didn’t contact him once after he was forced off, and I was left to deal with Chris’s shattered mental health."
