Gogglebox star Georgia Bell has made a huge career move after becoming a mum for the first time.
Georgia has has invited viewers into her home since season 12 of the show when she joined best friend Abbie Lynn. The armchair critic has been in a long-term relationship with boyfriend Josh Newby since 2018 with the couple having their first child last July.
Georgia is currently on maternity leave from her day job as a hairdresser in a salon. She took to Instagram this week to tell fans she has made the decision not to return to hairdressing, the Mirror Online reports.

Sharing a photo of her son on her Instagram story, Georgia wrote: "To all my wonderful clients, I just want to thank every single of you for all your support over the years of hairdressing. For those who may not already know, after much consideration, I have decided I will not be continuing hairdressing once my maternity leave is over! My next step will be something more suitable to family life."
She added: "I can't thank you all enough and thank you so much to Daniel John for everything and being so amazing and supportive over the years."
Georgia recently revealed her best friend and fellow Gogglebox star Abbie will be baby Hugh's godmother in a sweet moment aired on the Channel 4 show. Earlier this month, Abbie was lost for words when Georgia asked her a very special question. She said: "Abs, I’ve got a surprise for you," as she handed her friend a box.
"You need to open it," she told Abbie who found a fortune cookie with a note inside." The note, addressed to Abbie from baby Hugh, said: "Abbie, I know you’ll teach me how to be as crazy as you. And love me all the way, will you be my godmother?’"
Letting out a high-pitched shriek of shock, Abbie ran over to her best friend for a tight hug. She said: "Oh my God! Hugh wants you to be his godmother. I’m gonna be Hugh's godmother! What? Oh my God!"
