Amy Tapper is buzzing after seeing inches drop off her waist in the weeks since kickstarting her weight loss journey.
The former Gogglebox star, 22, says she wanted to start 2022 in a new frame of mind after years of letting herself indulge at the beginning of the year and starting things the wrong way.
Through Christmas, New Year and her birthday, Amy say she hasn't always been as strict with herself as she should be, but this year she's doing things differently.
The former Celebs Go Dating star has switched up her diet with Muscle Foods and has been working with a personal trainer to up her exercise regime.
And the results are paying off already - with Amy already losing a whopping 33cm off her waist.
She told us during an exclusive chat: "I'm not just focused on my weight, but also my measurements which I've seen a much bigger change in, and it's something I would never have thought to do.
"It can be so disheartening if I've put all this work in but it's coming up to my time of the month so I've only lost one pound, or I haven't lost anything.
"But then we measure me and I've gone down another 5cm on my waist which is great in a week."
Amy is sharing her weight loss journey on Instagram, posting videos of herself working up a sweat and before and after snaps that show her progress.
But she wants to stress that no matter what, she's happy in her own skin.
She said: "I want to start by saying I'm always happy, that's one thing. I'm happy in the before and the after.
"But of course mentally I feel much better about myself and it's been an amazing way to start my year.
"It's not always easy in the winter, with Christmas and New Year then it's my birthday seven days after that as well so it's a really busy couple of weeks and it's always the time of year when I'm not strict with myself, so I've never started my year off like I have this year and it's been a nice way of doing it."
She added: "I did Muscle Foods a couple years ago for a long period of time but it's been pretty on and off since then so I thought it was the best way to kickstart the year.
"If you're gonna start your year the right way you're going to subconsciously keep it going."
Amy loves tucking into the meals and snacks provided to her by Muscle Foods and says through working with a personal trainer, she's gone from exercising once a week to three times a week - something she never thought she'd be able to do.
And she's not interested in quick fixes like fad diets or surgery - she wants to work hard to get results that will last.
"It's all about doing it logically," she said. "I could go on a fad diet and lose three stone in a couple months but the moment I started eating normally again I'd put it all back on.
"That's the great thing about Muscle Foods, it's not a shock to the body.
"Don't get me wrong, I've considered every diet and every possibility over the years, and there have been so many times where I think imagine just waking up 7st lighter, there's no problems and I won't have any of my insecurities, but this is the most effective way and it's the most rewarding as well when you know you've put your hard work and determination into it.
"And no matter what, everyone has insecurities. I always say this to my friends as well - you're your own worst critic. There's no one else who'd be able to point things out about you that only you can.
"I always say to my friends 'I wish you could see yourself the way I see you' but they'd say the same thing about me."
Amy says she doesn't have a specific goal in mind, other than being healthy.
After losing 33cm off her weight, she said: "I'm so happy with it and I can feel the difference. I've still got a long way to go and I've always tried all my life to lose weight.
"It's not like at a certain age I ate so much that I put weight on, I was pretty much born like this, it's in the genes and it's the way I'm built.
"No matter what I've done or how well I've eaten it's always been an issue of mine so I'll get there, it's going to take me a while but I'd rather do it slowly and enjoy each achievement as it comes."
