Gogglebox's Sophie Sandiford has paid a heartfelt tribute to her boyfriend Ben on Valentine's Day.
The reality TV star is a fan favourite on the popular Channel 4 programme. She regularly invites viewers into her home where she commentates on the week's best TV alongside her brother Pete.
She has also built up a large following on Instagram as she provides updates from her life away from the screen. Sophie sparked rumours she was dating someone in April last year when she shared a snap on the social media platform with her new man.

Since then, the star has shared many more updates including her boyfriend Ben and on Tuesday she took to Instagram again to share a romantic message to him.
She posted a snap of her and Ben in Paris. In the photo, Ben can be seen with no socks under his trainers, while Sophie also has no shoes, and wears a pair of trainer socks.
Captioning the post, she said: "Happy Valentines Day. Thank you for being the best boyfriend and also letting me steal your socks when my feet hurt. @benmckeown9".
Fans have rushed to wish the pair well. Taking to the comments section, Smailliw said: "Arrrrr, sock swap, now that is love. Happy valentine's guys." [sic]
Carol said: "True love right there, nice to see you so happy". Ryan said: "Are the magic socks?!", while Susan simply shared a series of applause and red heart emojis.
