Scarlett Moffatt sent an important message to her followers after a run in with a 'stalker' frightened her.
The former Gogglebox star posted to her Instagram Stories as tears fell down her face as she told of how a man threatened to "take her home" with him. It came after she shared that she was heading to London earlier in the day and the man decided to meet her there.
While crying and visibly shook up, the 31-year-old warned other social media users to never post their location online. Luckily for her, two workers at King's Cross Station stepped in to help her out.

In the teary-eyed clip, Scarlett said: "I'm going to do this video and not for attention or anything like that. Firstly, I want to say a massive thank you to Neil and Danny who work for LNER.
"Because it is not in your job description to walk me all the way to my hotel and I really really appreciate it. I don't know what I would have done without you."
She added: "I'm doing this so that people realise the importance of using social media and not always posting where you are. I stupidly, naively, posted that I was off to London on the train. When I got into Kings Cross station, there was a guy there..."
The TV personality cut the video off as she said sorry and more tears began to form in her eyes. She started the following clip, as she said: "Sorry I've composed myself now.
"I think because Danny and Neil were there I stayed calm but this guy came at me and was saying 'Scarlett I've been waiting for you, you're coming home with me.'
"And then I said 'oh no, thank you' and walked off but then he followed me and was like 'Scarlett Scarlett you're coming home with me, I'm taking you home with me'. And then luckily the train guards saw this and then were like come over here."
Scarlett explained how the train workers pretended to know her and walked her back to her hotel. She added: "I think it's just hit me how scary that was. But what I want to say is do not post, you never know who's looking at your stories.
"I've never even thought of this before. Like please people be careful what you're posting."
