Julie Malone has had the backing of son and former co-star Tom Jr and plenty of fans as she embarked on a fitness mission at the end of a tough few weeks after the death of much loved dog Lucy.
Julie and husband Tom are back on screen for the new series of the Channel 4 show but, while millions of viewers are used to seeing her sat on the sofa, Julie has been pounding the streets this week after making a vow to get fit.
Julie has been taking advantage of the glorious weather we've had so far this and got out walking, setting herself daily step targets,
The Gogglebox favourite filmed herself on one of her daily strolls and, with her phone in selfie mode, said: "Well day five of keeping fit, getting my 10,000 steps in. Listening to Earth Wind & Fire, walking around the beautiful Victoria Park."
