Izzi Warner has been praised by fans after revealing a milestone that she "would have quit" without support.
The 29-year-old, who appears on Channel 4 reality TV show Gogglebox with sister Ellie, took to Instagram to share an impressive achievement with her fans. Dressed in sportswear with a smile on her face, the star posed as she held up a medal.
She explained that she was "buzzing" with herself for managing to finish her first ever 10-mile run. And her fitness journey wasn't ending there as she planned to take on a half marathon at some point in the future.
