Gogglebox's Ellie Warner spotted publicly for first time in Leeds pub after boyfriend Nat's accident

Leeds Gogglebox star Ellie Warner has been spotted for the first time since boyfriend Nat Eddleston was hit by a car.

Since the accident in Halton on March 18, Ellie, 31, has been spending a lot of her time at Nat's side in hospital. He suffered a punctured lung and a broken neck.

Ellie took a break from her vigil last night to head out with friends to Leeds Wetherspoons The Three Hulats in Chapel Allerton.

The Sun obtained photos of Ellie with pink hair, wearing a green military jacket and ripped jeans. She was photographed smoking outside the pub, the Mirror reports.

Ellie has not been appearing on Gogglebox while she supports Nat - and has reportedly been granted extended leave on 'full show fee'. It's thought she won't return for the rest of the series.

According to a TV insider, hairdresser Ellie has been assured by producers she can have all the time she needs and still be paid £15,000 a month.

Fans have been expressing on social media how much they miss having Ellie on the show.

Nat was hit by a car in Leeds while on a night out on March 18. There were reports he was on life support and that there had been fears he had experienced brain damage.

Gogglebox viewers will known him as Ellie's sister Izzi's stand-in during lockdown on the show.

West Yorkshire Police said at the time of the accident: "Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision in the Halton area of Leeds involving a white Seat Leon and an adult male pedestrian.

“Officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision, which occurred on Selby Road near to The Woodman pub at around 00:10 this morning (Saturday 19th March 2022).

“Anyone who witnessed the incident or the Seat being driven prior to the collision, including anyone with dash-cam or video footage, is asked to call 101, or contact online via www.westyorkshire.police.uk/101livechat referencing collision 13220147973.”
