Gogglebox star Ellie Warner left fans confused as she attended a pal's celebration with her newborn baby boy.
The Channel 4 favourite enjoyed a glam day out at a friend's event as she posed beside a flower tower holding tot Ezra. The reality star became a mum for the first time when she welcomed her adorable son with boyfriend Nat Eddleston last month.
Ellie, 33, posed alongside her fellow Gogglebox sister Izzi, 29, as they celebrated their pal's naming ceremony to welcome their new baby to loved ones. She wrote next the pictures: "Beautiful day out at Connie's naming ceremony. Thank you for inviting us @palmtreeskin."
However, many fans were seemingly confused by the caption and thought there had been a mix-up since Ellie introduced her baby boy Ezra on Gogglebox. Fans took to the comments of Ellie's post as one wrote: "Thought it was a boy called ezra?"
"Split second I'm like 'She was invited to her own babies naming ceremony, how weird' ...and then remembered you had a boy and I'm stupid," another penned.
Another said: "Papers say you had a boy?", while lots more congratulated Ellie, thinking it was her own naming ceremony. But another fan explained: "Connie isn't the name of Ellie's baby boy. It was a ceremony for someone else."
Ellie announced the happy news that she had welcomed her first child on a recent episode of Gogglebox. She kept silent on social media in recent weeks but she waited to share the happy news while appearing on the show.
"Sweet baby Ezra. He has made our lives complete. We love you so much son," she wrote on Instagram accompanied by an adorable snap of the new-born. Ellie's pregnancy news came just a year after her boyfriend Nat was left fighting for his life following a horror car crash.
Nat needed treatment in intensive care after suffering from a broken neck, back and both his lungs collapsing as a result of his injuries.
