Amy Tapper has shown off the fruits of her labours in the gym with a short video of her work in the boxing ring.
The 22-year-old Gogglebox star, who has starred on the Channel 4 with her brother and parents since 2013, has been sharing her weight loss journey on social media, with fans congratulating her as she has shed more than two stones in recent months.
The TV star was looking pretty impressive in her workout, which she shared with her followers on Instagram.
Amy can be seen swinging punches at her personal trainer as her gym session turned up a notch in intensity.
She was looking happy during her workout, as she wore a vest top, white trainers and white sports bra.
Amy showed she has what it takes to impress in the ring as she raised her leg to kick the boxing pads, as she worked up a sweat.
Captioning the video, Amy wrote: "A snippet of our session today.
"Wham, bam, thank you Ma'am. I was gonna put music over this but quite enjoy the sounds of the punches."
Amy concluded: "And that's the last of my boxing and amazing facial expressions for a Friday morning. Until next week!"
This workout comes after Amy had told fans that she was determined to lose more weight and has been working out at home as well as in the gym.
Amy showed the pains she had been through by sharing a video of her bloodshot eyes and sweaty face.
She flicked her eyes from side to side to give the full effect of how they were, captioning the video: "If these bloodshot eyes and sweat doesn't show hard work and dedication, I don't know what does. Happy Monday."
Amy has dropped three dress sizes, from being a 26 down to a 20, and celebrated her journey so far with a montage of her weight loss since last year.
She has been hitting the gym and eating nutritious meals, after doctors said that she suffers from a low metabolism.
